This decision was not made lightly, as we understand the trust and reliance you have placed in our hosting services over the years. We have always strived to provide high-quality hosting solutions, including Dedicated Servers, VPS, Shared hosting, and Email Services. However, due to evolving market dynamics and unforeseen challenges, we find ourselves unable to continue offering these services at the level of excellence that you deserve.
What this means for you:
- Transition Period: We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all our customers. During the transition period, which will extend until January 15, 2024, you will have the opportunity to backup data, migrate websites, applications, and emails to another hosting provider of your choice. If you need a little more time, please let us know so we can make special accommodations.
- Assistance: Our support team will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns related to the transition. Please reach out to our support team via the client center at https://secure.webhostsrus.com/billing/clientarea.php for any assistance. We can only assist in migrating shared hosting accounts to accounts supporting cPanel (such as GoDaddy). We cannot offer migration services for VPS and Dedicated Servers.
- If you have completed the migration process yourself, please do not forget to cancel your product in the client center at Login - WebHosts R Us, Inc.
- Data Deletion: To protect your data privacy, all customer data will be securely deleted from our servers within 15 days after the closure date.
We understand that this transition may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption it may cause. We value the trust and loyalty you have shown us over the years and are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
